The Hudson 38 GMT is based on our flagship model, the Hudson 38 MK4, and shares all the improvements of this fourth generation. With its 30 ATM water resistance, X1 Superluminova, GMT function and screw-down crown the Hudson GMT is the perfect travel companion.

Case and Finish

The Hudson 38 GMT is using the brand new case that is developed for the Hudson 38 MK4. This case has been completely re-designed from scratch. The new deeper engraved bezel structure now has a mixed polished and brushed finish ensuring better grip.

The case construction has been greatly improved giving the watch a 30ATM rating. The newly designed crown allows for better and more solid screw down motion. And the overall case quality reveals a sharper contrast between the different finishes on the case.

Sandblasted Dial

When it comes to dial design it is all about proportions and finding the right balance. The Hudson 38 GMT dial was carefully designed to create an interesting yet very readable look.

All dials are sandblasted in order to get a beautiful texture and the chapter ring (or rehaut) gives the dial extra depth and detail. The indicators on the Hudson 38 GMT are slightly raised from the dial to create more depth but still keep the profile of the watch slim.

GMT Function

The Hudson 38 GMT is equipped with the Soprod C-125 Swiss Made Automatic movement with an independent GMT hand and date at 6 o’clock. The Hudson 38 GMT has a 24H GMT scale behind the hour indicators allowing you to keep track of a second time-zone. A third timezone can be set by the 120 click uni directional bezel with 24H scale.

This feature can be very useful for those that travel regularly and/or are in contact with people in a different time-zone. The GMT hand is set easily via the 2nd position on the crown.
