How long does delivery take?
If ordering from within Europe, your item should be delivered within 1-3 business days. For all international shipments, please allow 2-4 business days for delivery.


Orders shipped with DHL Express typically take 1-2 working days to arrive depending on the destination country. Full parcel tracking is available for all countries. 
Orders are shipped on the same day of placing your order during office hours (8am-5pm) Monday to Friday, not on public holidays.


What does shipping cost?
We offer free worldwide shipping with DHL Standard Shipping.  
For DHL Express shipping we charge a small fee to cover part of the extra shipping cost involved. 


Can I change/cancel an order?
Your order normally dispatches the same day or latest by the next working day. If we haven't dispatched your order yet, you are welcome to contact us and change/cancel your order.


Which payment options do you provide?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Paypal and Apple Pay for all our markets. And IDeal for The Netherlands


Why have I not received an order confirmation?
Always be sure that your email address is correct as an incorrect email address is the only reason for not receiving an order confirmation. Also check your spam filter. 


Can I return an item?
Yes, as a customer you always have 14 days to return. You should inform us within 14 days after receiving the product that you want to return it. The product should be in our possession at the latest 14 days after informing us about your wish to return it. You should enclose the original packaging and the product cannot be used when returned. Where is my order?
Look in your delivery email, please check your tracking number and follow your package.


What countries do you ship to?
We deliver to most countries. If you cannot find your home country in the drop down at the checkout, please contact customer service and we will try to find a solution for you.


I need to change something on my order. How can I do that?
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. We generally process orders within the same day or the next working day, and once our warehouse has processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes.


How long does it take to process my return?
Once we have received your package, your refund will be processed within 3 working days. You will be notified via email at the address listed on your account when this transaction has taken place. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us.
